The very unique dining experience known as The FireWorks Feast, begins with Oyster Hour where you are welcomed to wander the grounds and gardens discovering Fire Stations and local interactive flavours.

On the farm you will see where all the vegetables served during service are grown and taste the days harvest. The Inn’s communal harvest tables overlook Bay Fortune where ‘The Fire Brigade' prepares your meal from the FireWorks, Chef Michael Smith’s wood burning, fire-breathing brick-lined beast. The winning bidder and a guest will also have a chance to have their photo taken with Chef Michael Smith and collect some signed swag to take home with them to add to this unforgettable experience.

Chef Michael Smith, one of Canada’s best-known chefs, is a passionate advocate for simple, sustainable home cooking and an inspiration for families creating their own healthy food lifestyle. • Valid for 2 people.

• Experience will be approximately 4 hours.

• This experience will take place at a mutually agreeable time between the Donor and the Winning bidder (Based upon Michael’s work requirements).

• Experience cannot be resold or re-auctioned.

• Travel to and from this experience is not included and is the responsibility of the winning bidder.

• This experience includes two nights accommodation (for 2 people) at The Inn at Bay Fortune.

• Winning bidder and guest(s) subject to security screening. If the winner or guest fails the background check, they forfeit the prize.

• Every effort will be made to schedule this experience at the earliest possible date convenient to both parties, but please note it may take up to 1 year to schedule based on availability.

• We expect all winning bidders and their guests to conduct themselves appropriately when attending an experience. Polite manners and respect for the generous donor and adherence to any rules or parameters are a must.

• The winning bidder/participants or legal parents guardians will be required to sign a liability release.

• The minimum age to partake in this experience is 18 years of age

• This experience will take place in Prince Edward Island. The location details will be shared with the winning bidder.
